Good to Know

  • The Catacombs tour requires walking on uneven ground & climbing down & up steep stairs. The temperature inside the Catacombs is around 16°C / 61°F with high humidity, so please dress accordingly.
  • This is a small group tour of 14 or less.
  • Does not include hotel pick-up.
  • This tour includes entrance only to the Roman Catacombs for a 35 minute guided tour (walking) underground.
  • This tour starts and ends at our office by the Pantheon.
  • The tour information will be given in English.
  • Child Ages: Unfortunately, due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept infants under 2 years of age. Children from 2 to 12 years old are welcome.
  • Please note that there are 7 seats per vehicle and tours are run with up to a maximum of 2 vehicles and 14 participants. Vehicles will travel together (like connected train carriages) on tour and guests all listen to the same tour guide through the use of earpieces. In some occasions guests who book together may be asked to separate between the two vehicles.

Meeting Point

We meet inside our office (look for glass doors) on Via Monterone, 19. The road is shaped like an "L". We are located on the section next to "Via di Torre Argentina".
